Updated October 6, 2026. Pyrogy Popper is a game from 4Utopia, Inc. This policy describes the mobile marketing release, version 1.2.2, and our website. Earlier releases are described in our previous policy.
Mobile game progress and settings, including levels, scores, coins, daily challenges and accessibility settings, stay on your device. Mobile play does not require an account, email address or phone number. Apple and Google process the optional one-time remove-ads purchase; we do not receive payment card details. The game stores the entitlement locally and supports store purchase restoration.
Google AdMob provides interstitial advertising. It may receive device information, advertising identifiers, coarse location, app interactions, diagnostics and related advertising data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve its services. Google's consent controls are separate from the optional measurement choices below. See Google's privacy policy.
On iOS, we use Apple's AdAttributionKit and SKAdNetwork to report a small set of milestones to the operating system: opening the app, starting play, completing a level, and returning to play after at least one day. Apple determines whether a qualifying ad led to the installation and may send a delayed, signed aggregate report to the advertising network and our receiver at pyrogypopper.com.
These reports do not contain a player account, email, phone number or advertising identifier. Apple limits report detail using its privacy thresholds. We retain verified postback identifiers, network/source identifiers, conversion type, reporting window, reported conversion value and receipt time for up to 90 days. We use the postback identifier only to discard retries, and do not connect reports to game progress or player profiles. Our receiver runs on Cloudflare; network information is necessarily processed to deliver requests, but we do not store IP addresses or user agents in the attribution database. Apple's aggregate attribution APIs do not require tracking permission.
When offered by the release, Layers measurement is off until a player separately confirms that they are 18 or older and allows it. On iOS, authorized tracking permission is also required. Declining does not restrict gameplay.
When enabled, Layers receives app install, app open and actual game-start events, persistent SDK identifiers, device/app information, permitted advertising identifiers, ad-click and Play install-referrer information, and network information including your IP address. We use this to measure advertising. We do not send Layers your name, email, scores, saved game progress or purchases. Automatic exception and full deep-link capture are disabled. Clipboard attribution is disabled in our project configuration.
Layers measurement is not anonymous. Layers and its service providers may process information outside your country. Their retention and deletion practices are governed by Layers' privacy policy. Turning the choice off prevents future app-generated events and shuts down the SDK; it cannot recall requests already in progress or delete information already delivered. Contact us for help with access or deletion requests.
Where offered, optional Meta measurement requires its own adult opt-in and authorized iOS tracking permission. Layers consent does not grant Meta consent. Meta may receive genuine install/activation information, SDK-generated identifiers, device/app information and your IP address to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. This is not anonymous measurement. Our integration does not send names, email, progress or purchase events, and disables Meta automatic event logging and advertising-ID collection. See Meta's privacy policy.
The game is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. It contains advertising and in-app purchases. Optional Layers and Meta measurement are only for players who confirm they are at least 18. A player under 18 should leave those choices off.
Use Settings to withdraw optional vendor measurement or revisit Google's ad privacy choices where available. On iOS you can also withdraw tracking permission in system Settings. These changes do not retract data already sent. Removing the app resets local progress, subject to platform backup behavior.
The website's gameplay video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player. The preview image is hosted on our website; the player loads only when you choose to watch. Loading or playing the video contacts YouTube, which processes information under Google's privacy policy. The separate Watch on YouTube link opens YouTube directly.
We do not receive payment for personal information. Advertising-related transfers may be considered sharing under some privacy laws. The separate services above may process data outside your country. For privacy questions, access or deletion assistance, contact info@4utopia.com. Requests about information held by a provider may also need to use that provider's privacy controls. Do not send passwords or payment information.
The browser version may offer separate optional accounts after level five. Its account processing is described in the website account flow. The optional SMS install service is disabled and does not collect phone numbers.
